Despite the efforts of the fossil fuels industry to keep the Ohio regulatory environment heavily steeped to favor “dinosaur” energies (oil, natural gas, and nuclear) over safer, cleaner renewables such as solar and wind, central Ohio is working to become a region that will help mitigate the release of greenhouse gases (GHG’s), as we realize that our society’s part in the effort to slow down global warming is very late in the game.
